The Primal Fit Club: I'm just your everyday Joe who recently realized how important health and fitness play into your everyday life. After years of being a "wanna be" fit person I had enough and made a decision. In January of 2010 I committed to changing my life to a healthier (and happier) way of living. On 1-11-10 I started working out to a Beachbody program called Insanity, and have never looked back. I am so jazzed about my results. They way I look and feel is truly amazing!
